Yes, we will be happy to send our representative with the fabric samples to your office or home at your convenient time. In case our representative is away from your country for some time, we will mail the samples to you at the earliest.

We fully understand that fast delivery service is very important. We generally complete orders within 10 days of receiving your order from our regional representative. It normally takes 3 weeks before you receive your order.

We deliver products anywhere in the world by speed post or the best available courier.

No, there is no minimum amount of purchase. You can even start by ordering one suit and one shirt initially. We want you to be 100% satisfied in dealing with us.

There are 3 main steps. 1. Discuss your requirements with our representative. You can even bring a garment to be copied or a style from a magazine that you would like to be copied or select the fabrics you desire online from our website. There are thousands of fabrics to choose from. 2. Select the Design for each garment. Customize it the way you like it. 3. Let us take your measurements along with digital photographs or get measured by someone and enter those details on our online store. That’s it. We store all your measurements and photographs for future reference and for our client’s convenience.

Of course! We want to make the ladies look good too.

All orders are hand tailored in our workshop in Hong Kong.

Once our representative/fashion designer measure’s you or you have entered the measurements on our online store, we will have your record on file for ten years. If your measurements have not changed and you want to keep everything the same, you can make another order with the exact same measurements as your previous order.

If the garment doesn’t fit you, kindly just inform us or our regional representative and we will arrange to get it back to Hong-Kong and do all the necessary alterations to your satisfaction at no extra cost to you. In case, the garment comes out totally wrong [chances of which are extremely rare] we will happily cut a completely new garment for you.

Yes, twice a year we introduce new fabrics. Let us know if you have a specific request, and we will endeavor to find the fabric for you.

Absolutely! A precise paper pattern is prepared based on your personal measurements and requirements. The only thing that is the same for all of our customers is our commitment to quality. We use the finest threads, and the strongest linings in the collars and cuffs (and our buttons will never turn milky white from laundering!)

Yes. At no extra charge, of course.

No, all our fabrics are pre-shrunk. Although there is always a residual shrinkage of 2 – 3%, we allow for this shrinkage when we make your shirts.

We would never skimp here. Your shirt tails will be based upon your height and weight, then designed to your complete satisfaction.

Absolutely. Just give your shirt to our representative or send us your shirt with your order. We’ll be glad to incorporate any changes you might want as well. Your shirt will be sent along with your new Albionni shirts.
